Here are the details for the course –
Lesson 1: ‘Importance of Self-belief’ and ‘Being a Positive Influence’ – is all about learning steps they can take to believe in themselves more and how to be a greater positive influence to their friends and others who surround them in their lives.
Lesson 2: “Positive Affirmations” is all about how to use positive affirmations in our daily lives. Children will create a set of Positive Affirmations cards they get to keep and take home with them.
Lesson 3 “Calming Techniques and Exercises” – Teaching children calming methods through stretches and specific calming exercises. They will also learn some breathing techniques for calming. They will also get to use and take home a special Yogi toy.

There will be no refund if cancelled up to 3 weeks prior to the commencement of the course or during the course. Parents will need to stay close to the class if the children have specific medical conditions or behavioural concerns/history.
We do accept some parents to stay with their children if the need arises, although find the class runs much more smoothly with not too many adults in the room. Too many adults in the room can be quite unsettling for them. We understand that some may need their parents for the first lesson or two. Please let us know if you wish to attend with your child prior to booking.
Parents/Carers must ensure children have a water bottle with them for the class.
This course aims at increasing children’s self-esteem, resilience and confidence. We do not guarantee that this will occur as every child is different, but do our best! For optimal results parents / carers are encouraged to promote the teachings at home to be consistent.
Each child receives a ‘personal portfolio’ with their work inside. It is something the children can be proud of and take away with them at the end of the course to look through when the need arises. The parents/carers are encouraged to read through this with them and can refer to it after the course when they want to remind their children of their learning.
This course is prepaid due to the fact that it secures your child’s spot for the entire course. This cost goes towards stationary used in lessons, their folios, activities / lessons, any extras and the teacher’s time. Your children are only ‘officially booked’ once payment and booking forms combined are received. The booking form needs to be filled out per child (one for each child). Children will receive a special A4 sized, gold coloured certificate at the end of the course.
