Terms and Conditions
1- There will be no refund for your membership
2- Upon signing up we will NOT disclose any of your information to outside organisations or parties.
3- We will only use your information to let you know of any live workshops near you which your child can attend and to let you know of any specials or latest products – anything relating to ‘Good Vibes for Kids’.
4- Good Vibes for Kids lessons and workshops are soley owned by their creator – Kerry Foumakis and are protected under the Australian Copyright act and International Berne Convention. Permission to photocopy is only for original purchaser of book / membership (for classroom purposes only)
5- Unauthorised copying, duplication, transmission, sharing or reselling of any part of the our website or publications in any way, including electronically, is prohibited and subject to prosecution.
6- All of the lessons aim at increasing children’s self-esteem, resilience and confidence. We do not guarantee that this will occur as every child is different. For optimal results parents / carers are encouraged to promote the teachings at home to be consistent.
7- There is no refund for Online workshops as full materials will be sent immediately after payment is received.
For our Live Workshops –
8- Cancellations up to 3 weeks prior to the commencement of the course or during the course, there will be no refund.
9- Parents will need to stay close to the class if the children have specific medical conditions or behavioural concerns/history.
10- We do accept some parents to stay with their children if the need arises, although find the class runs much more smoothly with not too many adults in the room. Too many adults in the room can be quite unsettling for them. We understand that some may need their parents for the first lesson or two. Please let us know if you wish to attend with your child prior to booking.
11- Parents/Carers must ensure children have a water bottle with them for the class.
12- All of the lessons aim at increasing children’s self-esteem, resilience and confidence. We do not guarantee that this will occur as every child is different, but do our very best! For optimal results parents / carers are encouraged to promote the teachings at home to be consistent.
13- Each child receives a ‘personal portfolio’ with their work inside. It is something the children can be proud of and take away with them at the end of the course to look through when the need arises. The parents/carers are encouraged to read through this with them and can refer to it after the course when they want to remind their children of their learning. These folders need to be brought with them to every lesson.
14- This course is prepaid due to the fact that it secures your child’s spot for the entire course (for full 3 days). This cost goes towards stationary used in lessons, their folios, activities / lessons and the teacher’s time. Your children are only ‘officially booked’ once payment and booking forms combined are received. Children will receive a special A4 sized, gold coloured certificate at the end of the course.
15- Teacher’s Background – 15+ years experience in mainstream and special needs education. Good Vibes for Kids Course has been 7 years in the making!
16- We also sell our book for USD $39 including postage WORLDWIDE or AUD $49 AUSTRALIA WIDE. This book contains all 4 courses with the activities. It can be used as a workbook for your children. It is 95 pages with 36 detailed lessons with worksheets.
